Our Manufacturing Unit

Being quality driven firm, at our production unit, we have all excellent processing facilities that enable us to fulfill orders of any specifications.

Spread across 14000 sq.ft with 25,000 sq.ft of vacant land around our factory, our production unit has all kind of facilities like:

High accuracy rack rolling machine
Punch press lathe machine
Shearing machine
Press brake machine
Welding machine

Our production unit is also facilitated with series of production lines for mold development, sheet metal, welding & static electricity powder automatic spurt molding, which form a complete production system. We also conduct best pre-treatment and painting process, like de-greasing, de-rusting and phosphating processes. We undertake chemical treatment and remove oil and grease which may be on the Steel Sheets before painting. This is important as without chemical treatment there will not be good adherence of the paint to the steel surface.

Our manufacturing plant spreads on a 50,000 sq. ft. the area in the 4th Phase at Peenya Industrial Area situated in the suburbs of Bangalore. This is Asia’s largest industrial hub sporting factory setups for a variety of industries. Metal Storage Systems’ factory is equipped with some of the most innovative and efficient CNC machinery that have been imported to deliver unmatched quality products. From designing, manufacturing to polishing and powder coating, the factory setup handles the end-to-end manufacture of the metal storage racks. Along with a strongly equipped infrastructure, we own a team of experienced engineers to operate these highly specialized machinery and develop products that exceed quality expectations in every way.
